Implantation blessing or period ???

So I need help! We are ttc our 2nd child. Today makes 7 dpo on my Flo app and 10 dpo on glow and I just started spotting. It’s very light, not filling a panty liner. When I wipe it was a light pinky/ red color. Last year I have implantation bleeding I was 12 dpo. And this one currently is literally a couple days before my period. I have been cramping on and off for 2 weeks with frequent urinating. Recently started feeling nauseous, not sure if it’s all in my head but help !
