I did unless I felt symptomatic. Especially if you breastfeed, whatever your immune system is exposed to will produce antibodies in the breastmilk.

I kiss my babies all over their head and face. Never on the mouth and never if I feel sick. Especially don’t if you get cold sores or mouth sores.

I only ever kissed her on the head. Now that she's older we will kiss her forehead. I've never kissed her on the mouth and never will. No one is allowed to kiss her on the mouth either. Top of the head or forehead only. And if people are sick they can't kiss her at all but at that point we would steer clear of anyone who is outright sick

Depends. If you have had cold sores before I wouldn’t. I never kissed my baby at the start I was so afraid of him getting cold sores. I kiss him now though when I’m sure I don’t have breakout.

Just don’t let symptomatic sick people around them.
Their immune systems are not that fragile; we all are exposed to hundreds or thousands of antigens daily. Immunity is built through exposure.
