Hi y’all, Friday I got diagnosed with PCOS. I’ve been ttc 2+ years. My dr told me, I can try to lose some weight and it can possibly help, some. She also told me, I can track my ovulation; each month & to try to take prenatal vitamins.
Any tips and tricks; that helped yall? What’s yalls favorite prenatals? opk strips? If anybody lost weight, how did y’all do it, did y’all take anything to help? (I have a hard time losing weight.)
