Does anyone know what these are? At first I thought bites but they keep spreading on my back my legs and my stomach

Look up pityriasis rosea. I went through that earlier this year and they look similar to yours. They would itch sometimes but not really. My doctor prescribed me a steroid cream. They said it wasn't really a concern unless I was planning on getting pregnant or was pregnant, so I would probably reach out to a doctor ☺️ I'm not a doctor that's just my observation from what I had!
