Trisomy 21 Twin Pregnancy

My doctor called me today and told me that my Prequel test results showed that my mo/di twins came back as girls and that Downs Syndrome was detected. My MFM appointment was pushed forward by a few weeks and I see the MFM doctor Friday for a scan. She said I would, most likely be sent for an amniocentesis as well. I am terrified, confused and I have a lot of feelings to process. I don’t even know where to start with those feelings because I don’t know any solid information. Does anyone have anything positive or helpful to offer?
