It was a page from the Classic Robin Hood movie and she compared it to Merdia 😂

The other day he said, “no mama, I don’t want that carrot.” I was so impressed with his sentence structure I didn’t make him eat his carrots. Lol!

Still non verbal with multiple markers for autism. 2 year old is in early steps for cognitive delay. 
However, we started immersive ASL signing per pediatrician recommendation and after 3 weeks, they're at nearly 2 dozen independently signed words, including 2-word phrases, "Daddy hug" and "more please".

It really depends on the day and how excited or upset he is. He knows a TON of words but still babbles. His biggest problem is being easily excitable so he gets maybe 2 words out of 7 in one sentence. However the babble is just clear enough to understand most times.
I had to give him medicine for his stomach earlier and he said clear as day, "I didn't like that." I was kind of shocked as I think its the best sentence he's spoken that didn't involve tattling on his father 🤣

my boy is such a chatterbox, he speaks sentences, and uses big multi-syllable words (we went out for a walk today, passing people’s gardens. he piped up with “mum, look; a hydrangea”. and it was!). 
i don’t really have anything to gauge it against, but a lot of people i meet seem to be commenting on how good a talker he is.

We are confident in 1-2 with more and more 3-4 word sentences coming on. Mainly to boss me about haha

1-2 words at a time. But he has a bunch of words. We had him evaluated by Early On and he qualifies for speech therapy which he will start in a couple weeks. It also turns out his ears are chronically full of fluid so he is getting tubes and his adenoids removed next week. Hopefully this will all help with his speech and hearing.  About a month ago he only said like 10-20 words.
