What to give a two year old that feels sick.

My son is 2 years old . He threw up and woke up not feeling good. He threw up milk I gave him. He doesn’t have a fever. He looks tired and just kinda sick ish we have not been ANYWHERE for him to fall sick w/anything. So I feel like maybe it was something he ate yesterday. But, I’m wondering and asking what can my son eat or drink to help his tummy. He’s 2 Yrs + 8 months old.
Any remedies

Chicken noodle soup, broths, crackers, pedialyte,  Gatorade, and water.

Milk actually has something in it that will make you throw up so I wouldn’t give it to him if he’s sick. Clear liquids like chicken broth, gatorade, pedialyte, and the appropriate dose of Tylenol or ibuprofen.

Has he been eating much the last few days? I've never experienced this with my 3 y/o or 1 y/o. But my 4.5 y/o is a picky eater. About twice a year or so when he's really gone in on the picky shtick, he will have a day where he wakes up in the morning throwing up bile or saliva. And he will throw up a few other things throughout the day. It usually happens after he's had a couple of days where he didn't want to eat much. No fever, just vomiting and never lasts more than a day. I don't feed him anything in particular to settle his stomach but I do make sure to make one of his favorites for dinner so I'm sure he eats enough. Mine is okay with drinking water when it happens to him but vomiting can dehydrate you pretty fast so if your LO isn't drinking enough water while feeling ill, consider pedialyte or even apple juice.
