My son who used to poop like every 3-4 days is suddenly pooping multiple times a day. This started on Sunday and he’s pooped 7 times since then. I’m a ftm so idk why he could be doing this? The consistency hasn’t really changed and he doesn’t have a fever. I checked this morning and it was 99.3 so a little up there but no fever. Could this be a sign of teeth? He’s been really enjoying the cooling teether toys, so I was already wondering about it. Of course everything goes in the mouth and he’s always been drooly so I can’t really speak on those
