What can we do about forced shots to work? My fiance, a union worker, received an email stating they were requiring it. He has no interest in getting it. What can we do to stop this

So in NJ someone supposedly got a lawyer and requested that the company divulge all employees virus status like hep b, hiv ect. Well, it worked. It's on the internet if you look... I can't screenshot on here anymore or else Id show you. Soon it will be to fly... The military is doing it now too I believe. Very scary.
