Cats and Pregnancy

Ava usually loves to snuggle on my chest, belly, wherever she can fit herself on my body. However, recently, she just snuggles and pushes her body up against the side of mine or up against my belly instead of laying on me. She didn't have a problem with laying on my belly during my last pregnancy, but that sadly ended in a miscarriage. She gave me lots of love and support during that time, but after conceiving this baby, it's almost like she's scared to lay on me again. But she'll push her butt into my belly and I know she's able to feel the baby kick. She also gets really bad separation anxiety now whenever I leave her more than a minute.
