I have A almost 7 month old and I have been exclusively pumping. I pump every 3 hours during the day and 3-4 hours at night. She sleeps all night long but I still get up to pump. I’m a first time one and I just don’t know when I can slow down on the pumping. I just need some advice from anyone that has had to exclusively pump. This not being able to sleep is really taking a toll on me especially with a baby that is going through sleep regression so by the time I get her back to sleep I have to pump!
