I am pretty sure u have Vaginismus because every time me and my fiancé have sex it’s feel like a brick wall I’m not sure why . So I have bought a vagina Dilator and I want to see how that works . Do anyone have any ideas on what else can help. It not hurt while having sex it’s just little uncomfortable. I am little nervous to start using dilators but anyone have any tips on how long it will take for it to stop being like this? Or any more tips about vaginismus
