Kids killing kids. How to punish?
I saw this story and while I already agree the parents should be at fault. I wanted to ask. Different question.
How do you punish a child who accuse killed another child?
The article doesn’t list the age of the kid who fired but let’s assume the kid is under 9 years old.
Do they deserve jail time? Rehabilitation? Does the state of trauma of the kid matter?
