Recently Started TTC

Hi ladies. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 2.5 years ago. Me and my SO just started ablut a month ago. My doc just put me on provera to start 15-24 havent had a period since august 9 (2019). She said they wont do additional testing until ttc for a year .... what can i do or take to increase my chances of getting pregnant? We want another one so bad 😣
