Induced! Felt like they thought I was being a baby was I?

Question

My baby scarlet was born June 27th 
I was induced June 26th at 8:50pm 
I went home at 10pm
And went back to the hospital at 10:30pm because the contractions only calmed down but I didn’t feel like they stopped 
They monitored me until 2am and then said I could go home 
As soon as I stood up MY WATER BROKE! Haha 
My contractions were so intense and I swear the nurse just thought I was being a baby! 
About 3:25am ish they brought me to the delivery room and I changed my mind about an epidural so my man was reading me the paper and then I threw up and at 3:32 I started pushing and scarlet came out 5 pushes later at 3:37am 
Should I have been brought in earlier? Or does this always happen? They all rushed in so quick like they were surprised it was happening. Just me?

My first birth they didn’t believe I was in labor. My nurse was absolutely horrible. I went into labor at a restaurant and it was instantly intense. Being my first baby we went home so I could shower thinking I had time. Got to the hospital around 1030/11pm and was only 2cm but I was freaking out because I was in so much pain. The nurse told me I needed to get an epidural if I was seriously acting like that and I wasn’t even admitted yet or in active labor. I had my baby just after midnight. I went from 2cm to baby in an hour an a half but because it was my first I was treated like a big baby. She was so sympathetic after that crap.

Why did the send you home if they induced you? That seems wrong to me. You f they want you to get the baby out for health reasons or being late, they should have never sent you home. Especially with broken water. Seems unprofessional to me.

I mean u were at the hospital when u delivered so what would being their earlier have done?

I had been induced and my partner asked if he had time to run abs grab something to eat from my mom and I was at a 6 so they thought I was fine. Less than 10 minutes later I was complete and calling for him to hurry back so I could push 😂

I was on day 4 of my hospital stay because of my waters broke and then I was induced 3 days later (long story) and they still had no idea I was ready to push. They last checked me at 3cm and then started me on the oxytocin drip. The midwife was shocked when I pushed.

I had to tell the nurse to check me again. And thankfully I did because that’s when we found out it was go time.

I read in a previous comment that you had cervadil and I had that too! It happened that fast with me. 11 am the put it in, irregular had period like cramps all day, then at midnight things went crazy and she was born 404 am. I went from a 5 to a 9 in 15 minutes. So definitely a thing that happens!
