So I went to this new nail shop close to my house and I’ve been there 3 times now. First time the guy did a amazing job. The last two times I wasn’t that impressed. They’re soooo nice but the guy who did my toes accidentally chipped my nail while he was taking off my gel nail polish so he had to put a fake nail on my big toe to cover the chip. Besides that he still did a decent job and I still gave him a tip for how nice he was and his effort. Third time I went which was a couple days ago. I got the same guy from last time and I kind of didn’t want him again because I was afraid the same thing would happen and I didn’t want to be rude about it requesting someone else but it’s not like I could at the time anyway because everyone else was busy. So this time he did a good job and of course my toe nail didn’t grow back all the way yet so he left the fake nail on there because as he said it was fine.( His English wasn’t the best but I understood) I paid and went home. Fast forward today I look down at my toe. The same big toe that was chipped now have split directly in the middle (close to my skin) so I had no choice but to cut my nail this morning because it’s no way I could go to work like that. It would have been bothering me. So now if feel like I wasted money. I’m usually paying 55 to 65 dollars for just a gel pedicure.
