I’m sick, is it pregnancy

So yesterday I’ve been feeling really sick and got diarrhoea and haven’t eaten anything, but then at night I was hungry so I made my self seeded bread with Nutella and banana. The whole night I was feeling sick, and had diarrhoea and then i was feeling nauseous and then vomited 2 times. Then at morning I was feeling so cold and slept the whole morning and woke up at 3. I’ve still got diarrhoea and still feel nauseous. Is it possibility that lull be pregnant because 2 months ago I didn’t use protection and my periods are irregular they come like every 5 months or whenever. But all the pregnancy tests I take come out negative. So am I just sick or are these signs of pregnancy
