PMS Help 😩
Okay so I never really knew what PMS actually was until now. I’ve noticed every single month right at 7 days before my period is due, I’m very irritable, my body feels exhausted, I feel depressed, mentally drained, and did I mention depressed af? Like this sucks so bad and it’s hard because I’m caring for my toddler who is also super whiney today. Honestly felt like breaking down so many times already. What can I do to help myself? Lol. I really hate being and feeling like this. Also, I’m not on birth control because it causes me to have severe migraines. Idk if that matters or not. I just know that I never used to feel this way until after I had my baby. Any advice is much appreciated.
