healthy baby¿
i am 4 weeks 4 days today, my first pregnancy 🥺
so, i’ve always struggled with gaining weight. i just weighed myself yesterday and i am 114 pounds when i usually range from 120-125. right before i found out i was pregnant i completely lost my appetite. please send me some ideas that are healthy for my baby as well as me and that will help me gain some weight! i just want to make sure i’m eating and drinking enough and making sure everything is good & healthy ❤️ thank you 🥺
