I had ovarian cysts which were surgically removed via c-section op beginning of Feb but since then I’ve been having severe pulsating cramps on the side where the cysts were a week before my actual period and I can’t sleep. Been using a heat pad, couple of pain killers (& sometimes sleeping pills) but it’s like they work for 3hrs max whilst I sleep then we back on up with the pains.

Last gynae check up about 3 months ago said my womb was ok but my progesterone hormone levels were low so he prescribed 6 months HRT.

Has anyone gone through the same or it’s just me? Oh and I still have the hectic pains when I’m on my periods
