Waiting to TTC for #2

I posted this in TTC for over 35, but curious if anyone in this group has been told by a doctor how long they have to wait to TTC for #2.

I’ve heard at least a year but would love to hear what you know. And I’ve also been told it depends on what kind of delivery you have etc.
