Can anyone tell me if this is thrush?

Doesn't look like it. My other two have had thrush once each. I didn't catch it until it was all over their tongue, but their pediatrician says thrush starts out looking like milk curdles on the insides of their cheeks before it spreads to the tongue.

No. Thrush you can “wipe off” but it comes back. I’m a hygienist and yeast will wipe off in the mouth. I think that’s just the bone showing through the gum tissue.
