What all do they give you / provide for a home birth for postpartum? She’s having her baby shower soon and I wanted to gift her some “pad-sicles” and the Frida mom peri bottle, maybe some stool softeners, but wasn’t sure if that was common practice for her midwife or doula to provide? I don’t want to get her redundancy of things so help a girl out!

And sorry if I seem naive about it I just really do not know a lot about home births especially the aftercare, I’ve only given birth in a hospital so this is new to me and I’m trying to be as supportive as I can. 💕
