Big bed yet?

Did anyone switch their little one to a big bed yet? My son is 19 months and I’m Due with number 3 in a month and will need the crib! We switched our first at 2 but I would rather not buy a second crib.

Does my king size bed count because he’s been in it with me since 5 months old 😂

I wasn’t planning on switching my little one until she could climb out, or we needed the crib for the next baby, but being pregnant with twins and having a sub chorionic hematoma means lifting her as little as possible so we switched her to a toddler bed sooner than planned. She has been doing great with it.

We switched our girl to a full size bed in April. She did wonderful! I do recommend buying a safety rail just incase your toddler rolls. Good luck! 🍀

A month or 2 ago i got my 4 year old an' 1 year old a bunk bed. The transition was pretty smooth. They loved it. It's twin  mattresses. I put pool noodles under the fitted sheet cos I'm scared my 1 year old will fall (bottom bed) an' my 4 year old moves a lot but luckily the top bed comes with wood to block her from falling. I don't have a picture but i do have a video of it. Wish i could attach it to this but it doesn't accept videos.☹️

We switched ours over last month because baby brother needed the crib! He’s been doing great in his big boy bed!!

Yup switched my son to one about a month ago because I'm due with #2 in September! He did great! Didn't even have to go in his room the first night. I just made sure all toys were cleaned up and no distractions.

I'm due in 3 months with baby 4 and we haven't owned a crib. We put baby 3 on a floor bed in the corner of our room at 7M and moved her out of our room at 11M into a twin bed in her own room (she was supposed to share with her big sisters but they refuse to go to sleep). This baby won't have a crib either.
