Pregnant with Crohns

Has anyone else pregnant with crohns experienced a flare up? So far my crohns has been in remission but just recently I had some symptoms and they have started to clear up after a day but I’m trying to figure out if it is a true flare up or due to having a milkshake and becoming lactose intolerant as I don’t really have dairy products. I plan on calling my GI but want to hear if anyone else experienced a flare up as I am worried and don’t want it to affect my pregnancy
