What can I do for constipation and uti

I can’t poop but the dr said I had a uti but I have no symptoms plus I’m 7 weeks and 4 days

Prunes or prune juice 
Increase fiber in diet and water 
Take the antibiotic for the UTI…won’t help the constipation part but at least prevent the UTI from becoming a kidney infection.

Being constipated in any stage of pregnancy is normal if you have a UTI they should have given you antibiotics. You can take Colace for constipation
