I looked in my 2 month olds mouth because he was chewing on his hand and he’s been drooling a lot and I saw this white bump. There’s no way he could be teething right???

It's highly unlikely but not impossible. More than likely, it is an epstein pearl. One of my kids had one in the front of his mouth when he was little.

Probably an Epstein pearl. They're harmless buildup of keratin (same stuff that makes hair and nails). They generally resolve on their own and don't cause feeding issues, so you don't need to do anything. If it looks like it's getting bigger, mention it to the pediatrician, but this is most likely a super common thing that won't harm the baby
