One step tests...

Hi mamas, has anyone ever used one step pregnancy tests? If so we're they reliable? Only I have had the weirdest day ever, I've had the worst headache ever then out of no where this morning I felt a wave of sickness come over me to the point of making my mouth water to actually be sick, I did a test when I got back from work and saw the faint pinkish line on a one step test, I had a nap and wanted to pee again so I did another one and sure enough there was another one, can these tests be reliable? I'm hoping so but I'm not sure what to think 😕
