Trying to get pregnant 4 monrha after my CS

Hello guys, so I just had a baby roughly 4 months ago via CS and I am trying to get pregnant again. Reason being that I’m close to 40 years old and I have concerns about getting pregnant after 40y/o. I know at this age, getting pregnant may be difficult. I know that physicians recommend 12 to 18 months but I really need this baby.
