In need of some serious help!

I’m on CD 36, the longest cycle I’ve had! Negative test after negative test. I decided to take an ovulation test to maybe see if it’s delayed ovulation. (Purple test) I also took ANOTHER pregnancy test that looks negative. Can someone please give me some advice? I’m at a loss right now! What does this ovulation test mean? Does anyone even see the faintest line on the pregnancy test? I need answers!!!

(ovulation test got slightly darker after I took the picture, but was within the timeframe!)
