Birth control for cramps
For the last 8 months or so, I’ve had worse and worse cramps with every period. Currently, I am almost immobile with pain. I am underage and my parents don’t generally believe in birth control, but I’ve heard it would help with cramps. What are your experiences with birth control, and which type has helped the most with your period symptoms?
