Carters

Has anybody ever had problems ordering from Carters? I just ordered $80 worth of stuff bc I had $20 worth of points to spend. When I went to submit the order it said their was an error placing the order but I immediately checked my bank account and they took the money and my points. It’s now saying I have no orders placed and I didn’t get an email with a tracking number or anything. So basically I don’t know if I’m going to get my order but they definitely took my money. Has this happened to anybody else? I contacted customer service and was told I would be emailed by someone to solve my problem but I’m not sure how long that will be. I’m thinking of just calling my bank in the morning and canceling the whole transaction if Carter’s can’t get back to me soon.
