Is this a miscarriage ?

Yesterday I passed these little things idk what they are. I only bled for a days. I was thinking it might have been my period but it wasn’t. I took a pregnancy test 3 days ago and it came out negative. Can someone tell me what it is ? Could it be an early miscarriage or am I shedding?!
