Diarrhea and no other symptoms

My daughter started frequently going poop on Sunday and I mean she’s going like twice when she wakes up right after a bottle and sometimes just back to back to back. No new foods have been introduced in a while. The last thing she tried was peas two weeks ago and it was only once. No fever and no changes in appetite either she takes her milk fine and her mood is ok just fussy from teething. So for the teething she uses the Hylands teething tablets. But as of yesterday her bottom is just bright red. Any suggestions? We’re constantly putting paste but it doesn’t seem to be helping! Have you guys experienced diarrhea in a 5mo old? Thank you!
