Is this a red flag

Lol I may just be color blind or something but is this a red flag? I was just talking to my boyfriend and the topic about Ex’s came up. He was telling me how he blocked his ex on Instagram and all that. Little does he know... I know who his ex is and I literally see that they are still follow each other on instagram. I don’t understand why he lied ? Is not like I’ll throw a fit over it but is this a red flag?
