They should have just let me kick her out of my class

My wife told me a while ago to post about my little miss know it all in my Phlebotomy class. She works as Phlebotomist but isn't certified so she is in my class and she thinks she knows everything. I had an issue with a student drawing blood from her. She has small veins so that students used a butterfly needle and I use syringes with butterflies. She told a student to use a vacuum with the butterfly and then her vein collapsed. She also wanted me to draw blood from the artery to show the class, I said no and she starts stabbing herself with a needle to find am artery and hit her tendon. I tried to get her out of my class. She doesn't listen to anyone but they are like no she will be fine. Well she was rude to everyone at clinicals and I get a call. She got kicked out of clinicals because she was trying to stick a patient at the hospital and wouldn't listen to her trainer and hit this 16 year old girls nerve......

They are kicking her out but because of her the hospital may not want us having clinicals there anymore. She may have just caused this girl permanent damage.
