Question about Endometrin Progesterone Suppositories

So I just started my Endometrin progesterone suppositories last night (had my FET yesterday afternoon!). This morning I had some discharge, which I expected after reading what other people have experienced. I am taking this 3 times a day and just noticed when I went to put my noon dose in, that a large amount was on my panty liner. It looked like part of the pill worked it’s way out in a big chunk if that makes sense? Is this normal to have big chunks come out hours later? I’m just concerned because I lost a baby due to low progesterone. I should also mention that I’m also doing PIO injections every night as well. My clinic likes to double up on the progesterone for good measure. I will be calling my clinic to ask but thought I would ask here too to see what you all have experienced.
