Help! Positive OPK but taking trigger shot tomorrow?!?

Hi!! So this is my first round taking letrozole and I went in for my mid line ultrasound and I have a 17.54mm follicle on my left ovary and my doctor prescribed me ovidrel and told me to take it tomorrow night and BD on Saturday and Sunday but I just took this opk and I don’t really know what to do. I don’t think it’s positive yet but it might be tomorrow?

Is there a chance you can bd tonight? If so get busy just in case. If not then hold off until your shot tomorrow and by then you test line should be alot darker. 🙏🤞 you get your bfp and this is your month 💜💙💜.
