Help 😩
Not TTC related but I ducked up my back and don’t know how to make it better, I can barely move my back is so weak now it spasms when I try and stand straight up, it’s been 24 hours of straight spasms. I can’t twist bend or cough without pain 😩 do I go to the dr? Idk what they would do for me
Any home remedies? I’ve tried a massage and stretching but it didn’t help
