Breast pump ?? Help

Anybody know of a good breast pump ? My baby won’t take breast and formula is way too expensive for me I got one from my health insurance but the flange is 27 mm and it hurts me so bad so I need like a 24mm ,

You can get different flange sizes for your pump off Amazon so you probably don’t need a different pump itself. My lactation consultant told me that most pumps come with 24s and 27s and many people are smaller than that. If you go on the Spectra website they have a printable thing that will help you size properly.￼ The sizing it gives you is universal, not just for Spectra.
