Tylenol or Advil after giving birth?

Idk which one I should take. I don’t like taking them both together. 
I  am a week pp and having some bad stomach and side pain today. Also back.

My doc said Tylenol and ibuprofen.

Honestly it’s personal preference… some people will swear by one and others will swear by the other. Just try one and if it isn’t helping enough switch to the other? 
I took both Tylenol and ibuprofen. 
If you take ibuprofen it’s best to take it with food.
