Avocado was our first

Avocado was our first, followed by sweet potato, then egg (on the advice of an allergist as she was at increased risk of having a reaction). We then did lamb given we couldn’t continue with the egg as an iron source after she had a reaction.

Going well he enjoys food.
Baby Porridge makes him a tad constipated so we mix it with apple or pear to help him.

Yes Unsweet apple sauce gave baby constipation pretty badly so have just been sucking on cucumbers, watermelon, avocado and tomatoes without really feeding to her until she is 6 months and maybe belly will mature a bit more

We started started with bone broth for a couple of weeks.  The first official solid after that was 
chicken.

Toast (white bread)
Ghee.

I stared with apple purée (one apple) for 3 days. Then, I felt  it’s hard for him to poop despite pooping everyday. Therefore, I stopped. And the day after I started with rice cereal and pear purée to avoid constipation. 3 spoons cereal at noon and pear purée in the afternoon. Now, he loves both pear and rice and poop easily. But, I don’t know what to do next? What to add? Plus if I add another new food how to manage them? Like fruit morning, rice cereal at noon, vegetables afternoon? I’d like to know about your experience and plans. Thank you Mummies 😘
