I’m 6 weeks. I get so hot at night. Does anyone else get really hot at night ??

My ac is set to 63 and sometimes I still have to take cold showers to cool down. I normally run hot when I’m not pregnant but pregnancy makes it so much worse. And to make matters worse I live in Texas and it’s so hot and humid here this summer

I had to buy new bedding bc I was so hot and sweaty at night that I wake up soaking wet sometimes. I leave the AC at 66 + fan on. This is no joke!!! Lol

yes! but i am freezing most of the day. when i go to bed i sleep with the fans on but am under blankets. some time in the early morning hours (where the sky is changing colors) i get super hot  and i get up to pee even if i don't have to just to walk on the cold tile floor to help cool down... My feet control my temp. if they cold i'm cold if they hot i'm hot

Um yeaaaa its horrible!! And the worst thing is when i am really hot at night my husband wants to snuggle and i just.....i cant lol my ac is at 65 and its still hot up in here ! But i am totally thrilled i wont be 9 mo pregnant in the middle of summer here in Arizona!
