Sorry friends, but I don’t know where to ask for help.

Third pregnancy, first natural labour, second ended late term miscarriage and now 16 weeks with third.

Can’t even make a tiny fart without peeing a lot in my undies.

How the frig am I going to give birth if my pelvic muscles are so weak???!!!!! Even if I practice jewels every day from now til labor, there’s no way I’ll be strong enough.

I don’t have any issues with a c-section, but I just have wanted to do better this labor, I wanted to be stronger and manage my pain/pushing etc better.
