Anyone breastfeeding a toddler while pregnant?

How is it going? My two year old still breastfeeds for nap and bedtime.

I breastfed my son when I was pregnant with my last until I was about 4 months and it got excruciating 😣😣 I’m not sure if my milk dried up or what happened.

35w and still breastfeeding my son who turns 2 next week.  
First trimester was rough.  I was really sick and my nipples were killing me.  My son was nursing 10+ times a day also yet though.  My supply mostly dried up around 11 weeks and dry nursing is not comfortable. 
Late second trimester got a bit easier.
Third trimester *was* going great but now the nipple pain has come back as well as a strong nursing aversion (nature’s way of telling me to kick him off and prep for the next baby).  I’m planning to power through though and tandem feed because he still nurses several times a day.  
If a doctor tells you that you *have* to stop, that’s really not true at all.  I’m high risk for preterm delivery and was told I could continue to nurse because there are no studies that show a direct correlation between preterm labor and breastfeeding.  It is normal and common to get cramps/contractions while nursing but so long as they go away when a nursing session is over, you’re fine.  I get contractions every 2-5 minutes while nursing but they stop as soon as I stop.

my son is 2 1/2 and still nurses 1 to 2 times a day. i’m 18 weeks pregnant. first trimester was rough bc i was sick and nipples were sore but it got better after that. now for the past few weeks my right nipple is so painful as soon as he latches ... i actually cried one night. i tried to explain we would need to stop nursing soon. he actually didn’t nurse for like 2 full days this week bc he said he didn’t want to so i thought this is it ... he is done. but then he asked again so we are still going ... i’m thinking he is going to slowly wean himself soon. i get very emotional when i think about stopping but i know it’s time and i would like a break before my second baby arrives.

Yes I’m 6 weeks pregnant with #2 and still breastfeeding my first who is 15 months old.
