Ttc almost 18 months. We have done everything except a lap surgery which is scheduled for next month. HSG showed one blocked tube. I have been having severe cramping on that side as my period approaches and sometimes around ovulation, too. Severe as in I cannot move, have to lie down, Tylenol doesn’t touch it. I am beginning to wonder if I could possibly have endometriosis? I know the doctor will tell me after my surgery what is found, however I am wondering what your symptoms were/are if you have endo?
