Didn’t respond to letrozole

I’m so discouraged today. I went in for my follicle scan on my first round of letrozole. Zero follicles. We have been ttc for 5 years. 3 miscarriages and a stillbirth. My stillbirth was 4 months ago at 40weeks. Everyone told me I’d be more fertile after giving birth, but my pcos looked worse today on the follicle scan. We are only doing the one round of letrozole before moving on to IVF. My doc said we can double the dose starting tomorrow to see if we can still get an egg this month. I’ve been crying since I left the doc office this morning. Just needed to vent.
