It’s best to test at the same time every day. I always had good luck testing at noon and then again between 7pm and 8pm. OPKs don’t necessarily get progressively darker, they can fluctuate then peak out of nowhere. Pic of what mine always looked like.

App is just a estaminet keep testing and if the test line is as dark or darker than control line then baby dance.
