Toddler keeps tilting head to side?

My one year old son has just started recently tilting his head to the side a couple times in a row, it’s only occasionally and he’s not in any pain. He always tilts his head to the left side only when he does it but he will also do it on command if we’re playing with him. He does have a lazy eye we’re correcting currently and glasses for his vision and growing 4 new teeth rn which I heard both could be causing this. Should I be concerned?

As the other poster said, it could be linked to his vision absolutely,  so definitely get that checked.
But also, my 17 month old at the moment likes to look at everything from a different viewpoint - tilting his head to one side, looking at things upside down, peering through small gaps, looking upside down between his legs. It's a normal toddler phase that helps them gain perspective and self awareness apparently according to my pediatrician.

Get him seen by the eye doc again - tilting sideways may be a hyopertropia/phoria and should be fixed/managed. 
It may of course also just be a phase, but when there's already a known lazy eye it's worth a double check.

Did you figure out what was causing it? My 5 month old is doing the same but she doesn’t have any eye problems so far. I’m really worried about it
