What week are you suppose to stop sleeping on your back?

Your body will tell you when it’s time to stop. 
Usually back sleeping isn’t an issue as long as you’re comfortable, if you suddenly get very lightheaded and/or nauseous while laying down and it resolves with a position change, it could have been caused by baby compressing the vena cava which runs along your spinal column (this usually doesn’t happen until baby gets heavier in the last few weeks of your pregnancy).

You don’t really have to stop. The farther along you get, your body will adjust based on comfort.

I always put a pillow under my hip so I can still sleep on my back but my belly isn’t actually flat if that makes sense since it tilts my hips/belly to the side slightly

Once you can't stand it but you can always prop yourself up too and sleep on your back
